Our terms are 1% / 15 days or net 30. Accounts past due are subject to shipment hold and production hold. Freight is F.O.B shipping point.

Pricing

Special tooling prices are subject to being requoted after 60 days. Catalog prices are subject to change upon 30 days notice.

Quality

Our products are guaranteed to conform to the specifications identified within our catalog and to all customer blueprint specifications. Our warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or full credit for the tools found not to be within specifications, as determined by American Tool Service. American Tool Service cannot be responsible for the performance or blueprint specifications for any tool that has been altered in any way by our customers.

Cancellations & Returned Goods

Cancellations on order for "Special Tooling" will result in the customer being charged for all material and labor costs incurred to the date of cancellation. Cancellations on order for "catalog items" may be cancelled at no charge. Standard "catalog items" may be returned by contacting our sales department and requesting a "returned goods authorization number" (RGA). Returns will not be accepted unless accompanies by an RGA number. RGA's will be issued if the return is accompanied with a replacement order of equal or greater value. If the return is not accompanied with a replacement order, then a 15% restocking charge will apply. All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We cannot accept a return for any product that has been discontinued.

Over or Under-shipments

American Tool Service adheres to the industry standard on altered standard and special tooling, which is to start at +10% over the quantity ordered. Your order will then be shipped and billed based upon the quantity completed, which could be as much as 10% over or under the quantity ordered. Orders with quantities of 1 to 9 pieces are subject to a 1 piece over or under-shipment.
